Hey there! Have you already dried your bouquet, boutonnière, or corsage out and have it hanging in your closet? This is a great option for you. We ask that you ship your bouquet in however it had dried and place either packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or packing paper so that it is not damaged during shipment. I would also reccomend writing 'fragile' on the box to insure they are extra careful with the package.
Your dried blooms will be placed and designed in the shadow box of your choice as we received them. Some bouquets will have remaining flowers and will not be returned back to you, unless you let us know you want them. If you have any requests please let us know.
Know that flakes and crumbling of the bouquet in the frame during its lifetime is normal and unavoidable. These can be easily removed as the customer wishes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only available to those who cancel within two weeks of their event. You will receive a refund minus the $50 nonrefundable booking fee included in your purchase.
Shipping Information
If you are unable to drop off your fresh flowers, you will want to select the "shipping" option during checkout. Sending your bouquet is tedious and must be done carefully to insure your flowers arrive in the best possible condition. After you place your order order I will send you a detailed and step by step video on how to ship your flowers. If you choose the shipping option there will be a shipping fee which only covers the cost of your finished frame being sent to you. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your flowers to us. It is best to ship your flowers within 2 days of your wedding. I suggest overnighting your flowers if possible. If you are local, drop off is also an option. We are located in Tucson, AZ and occasionally Southern Utah.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds after you have received your frame. Please make sure to include any special requests in your order if you are wanting your framed designed a specific way, otherwise they will be designed as the artist sees fit.
