If you are unable to drop off your fresh flowers, you will want to select the "shipping" option during checkout. Sending your bouquet is tedious and must be done carefully to insure your flowers arrive in the best possoble condition. After you place your order order I will send you a detailed and step by step video on how to ship your flowers. If you choose the shipping option there will be a shipping fee which only covers the cost of your finished frame being sent to you. You will be responsibl

We do not offer refunds after you have received your frame. Please make sure to include any special requests in your order if you are wanting your framed designed a specific way, otherwise they will be designed as the artist sees fit.
