+ I understand that I am responsible for dropping off or shipping my flowers to Framed Florals.
+ I understand that during the drying process, flowers will fade/change colors due to nature. (ex: some pink roses can fade, being more white and white flowers can either green, yellow, or brown).
+ I understand that the artist will design my frame with the requests I have added and will use her artistic freedoms to design my frame otherwise.
+ I understand that some flowers may not be able to be pressed due to their thickness. 
+ I understand that failure to follow directions on shipping may result in damaged flowers that will not be workable.

+ I understand and agree with the refund and cancelation policy.

+ I understand that despite our best efforts in packing your frame to avoid your frame being damaged in any way, it is still a possibility that this may happen. In this case please reach out to us ASAP and do not remove the frame anymore.
